Shipping, Refunds and Returns

SHIPPING

Orders are dispatched on Monday, Wednesday and Friday using Royal Mail and DHL depending on the delivery location.

Royal Mail First Class takes between 2-3 working days and is not trackable.

DHL International Express delivery takes between 3-10 working days depending on location and customs which is fully tracked.

We aim to meet the stated delivery times but they are only estimates. During busy periods and national or international holidays deliveries may take longer.

IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES

Any person receiving a shipment is legally obliged to pay Duty and VAT where applicable.

Countries outside of the United Kingdom may require payment of duties and taxes.

As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and/or taxes imposed by your country of residence.

If you refuse to pay the duties or taxes, your order will be returned and refunded. You may be charged a shipping and handling fee which will be deducted from your refund.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

The policy lasts 30 days for physical products. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Digital products, such as Bodyweight Basics or consulting services with no recoverability once delivered, are not be eligible for refunds.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) for any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
